Honey Pumpkin Sheet Cake
• 1 c sugar
• 1 c honey
• 1 c oil
• 4 eggs
• 2 c pumpkin
• 1/2 t salt
• 2 c flour
• 2 t baking powder
• 1 t soda water
• 1 t cinnamon
• 1/2 t nutmeg
Mix ingredients in the order listed. Bake in greased sheet cake pan at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Cool before icing.
Honey Cream Cheese Icing
· 8 oz cream cheese
· 2 T honey
• 1/2 c butter
Beat ingredients until smooth. Add 2 - 4 cups powdered sugar and mix well. Add 1 t vanilla and beat until well mixed. Spread on sheet cake and top with sprinkled pecans.
